     IS KABOCI PACKAGING AND DELIVERY DISCREET?

Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy. Your Kaboci package arrives in a completely discreet manner, void of any indications regarding the contents. Inside the package, you'll find printed instructions, which you can choose to keep or discard. Rest assured, your Kaboci order is shipped in non-marked mailing boxes or envelopes, ensuring that the contents remain confidential.

     HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We process and ship orders from our location in Cranbury, New Jersey. Depending on your location within the US, our shipping options offer varying delivery times:

'Standard Ground' shipping: Arrives within 6-10 business days.

'Priority' shipping: Delivered in 3-5 business days.

'Rush' shipping: Expedited delivery within 2-3 business days.

'Express' shipping: Fastest option, arriving in 1-2 business days.

Please note that our estimated delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.

     DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes, we do. For PO Box addresses, we utilize the services of the Postal Service to ensure smooth delivery.

     HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

For international orders, we offer the following shipping options:

'International Standard': Your order will be delivered to your country's customs. The processing and release by customs, as well as delivery by the postal service, typically take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your country's efficiency.

'International Priority': Packages are given priority treatment both at our processing center and at your country's customs. Processing and release times vary by country and generally range from 2 to 4 weeks.

'International Express': We use Express Mail Services (EMS) for expedited international shipments. Delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, excluding the time taken by customs to process and release your order to the postal service.

Please be aware that customs processing times are not included in the transit times mentioned above and can vary based on your country's regulations and efficiency.
